Once your order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing your personalized stencil and/or workshop materials. Because of the custom nature of our projects, we kindly ask that all cancellations follow the policy below:

• Private Parties: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancellations.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

• Public Workshops: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

For public workshops, complete project materials will be held for up to 30 days, during which you may attend an Open Craft Session to complete your project.

If Hammer & Stain must cancel an event for any reason, all payments will be refunded within two weeks.

Please note that approved cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total workshop refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted accordingly.

The event host is responsible for inviting all attendees and communicating all workshop policies, including our cancellation policy, to each participant.

Private events require a minimum of 6 registered participants. If the event is canceled by the host with 7 or more days’ notice, all payments will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.

If the minimum registration requirement of 6 participants is not met at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date, the event may be canceled and all payments submitted will be forfeited.

By completing registration, all participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
